Applying for an affordable home in Winford and Felton:
All allocations to affordable homes in the parish will be made via North Somerset Council’s HomeChoice Register. If you have not applied to go on the Register, you can do so using this link:

The affordable homes built by English Rural at the Ricklands will be allocated to households with a local connection to Winford. Local connection means mean existing residents, people with close family living in the parish or people with permanent full or part-time work in the parish.
