West Lane closure

18.30 Friday 29 July to 06.00 Saturday 30 July

Please note the urgent road closure of West Lane between the junction with the A38 and the access to Felton Village Hall. It is anticipated that the closure will be between 18:30hrs (Friday 29th July) to 06:00hrs (Saturday 30th July); there will be some advance signage at key positions to alert the general public of the works.

This closure is required to undertake urgent safety temporary repair works to the cattle grid; work will mainly comprise repairing a missing section of rail towards the centre of the cattle grid (in the offside wheel track) and securing the grid back down to try and stop it bouncing as vehicles pass over it, especially as they travel in the direction of Winford.
